Very impressed with the therapeutic massage I had today. The therapist was very welcoming friendly and professional and went out of his way to be considerate and tailor the massage to my needs.
I went in for a Brazilian and, after starting, the lady admitted they didn’t have the right wax for such a sensitive area. She continued anyway (for nearly an hour!) and left me so inflamed that she couldn’t finish the job. I went back a couple of days later to remove the leftover hair and they still didn’t have the right wax, so the same thing happened. The skin was so damaged that it became split and blistered, and there were STILL loads of hairs left. I paid £20 thanks to awkward politeness on my part, but I will never go back there.
