   I have been coming to the Beauty Box Clifton for about 15 years and I wouldn't get my waxes done anywhere else. They are quick and efficient which is what you want with a wax. I met the new manager Elly today who was very personable and sweet, she carried out my treatment. A reliable salon and I will remain a loyal customer. Sometimes how comfortable the treatment is can vary depending on who you have but the results are always good. Clifton is also the best one compared to the Coldharbour clinic.

   Came for micro needling and the therapist decided I didn’t need numbing cream, then proceeding to do three rounds on my face which was already bleeding after one. I Had severe bruising and swelling for weeks after and now have a scar on my face which I am now having to pay an actual professional to help with. Absolutely appalling. I will never go here again. Trust me - do not go for cheap deals and inexperienced so called professionals. And in response to you, please do not insult my intelligence, I’m well aware which salon it was. You just whatsapped me photos of somebody else and their before/after treatment. Other than this being an invasion of privacy for that client it really proves my point on the professionalism of the salon. Please do not call me or contact me again.

   The Clifton therapists were fantastic and they’re very knowledgable and experienced right from booking my appointment. I came in last Saturday to get ready for my sisters wedding, I had a gel pedicure, gel manicure, body waxing, threading and a lash lift. The salon had been recommended so I thought I’d give it a go. Everything was fantastic, friendly and approachable staff, cleanliness, great treatments. The polish application was perfect (and I’m very fussy) the girls took the time to make sure it was perfect. The threading I had was so precise better than I had elsewhere. I felt cared for and they listened to exactly how I wanted my threading & nails done. Honestly, I couldn’t fault anything. Already booked back in and looking forward to returning! Thanks girls xx

   Paid for a pedicure with removal and reapplication of gel polish, hard to see in the salon the quality of the pedicure as I was sat in a chair. On getting home I can see the poor standard of the pedicure, with patchy varnish and missing at the edges. I politely contacted the Salon to inform them of this and request a refund, after some sassy responses from who I assume Is the manager, I was offered a re application of both big toes, when I said this wasn’t suitable and requested a refund I was told their policy is for no refunds. They are however very quick to grab your money, taking a 50% deposit on all bookings, Such a shame this salon has gone so downhill, hugely overpriced compared to others too. Wouldn’t recommend.

   I've been visiting this salon for a while now and always get my shellac nails done by Natalia. She does an excellent job and they last for weeks. I've been elsewhere in the UK and in other countries and this is the best :-D

   Don’t go here. After having paid a necessary deposit for a ‘spray tan’ online of £18, i arrived to be told it would just be lotion rubbed into me which is exactly what i’m capable of doing at home with self tan. The girl was rushed and slapped it on, not really taking care and i now have bad streaky tan all over my hands and arms and legs; the service was £35 in total! £35 to slap on some self tanning mousse.
