I still haven’t digested the outcome of my case and I cannot thank JOSEPHINE MORETON enough for fighting my corner for me these last two days!!! I pray she succeeds in everything she does Thank you so so much for helping me through this all.
I had attended an excellent Family law conference with the Bar Council that I was invited to and I noticed that a white female police officer of Northamptonshire Police had broken the rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics and as such she was formally disciplined and/or formally dismissed by the UK London Home Office in London under The Prevention of Terrorism Act who damaged my reputation when I was an in-house counsel. So a lesson that a corrupt white female police officer will learn not to drink in excess of three glasses of wine when the said white female corrupt and dishonest police officer of Northamptonshire Police behaved like an unprofessional female slapper because she had zero postgraduate legal qualifications and behaved unethically without legal morals and failed to act in the public interest and had brought the civilian police profession into disrepute. I was of course pleased to inform Cherie Blair KC, Tony Blair and Sir Keir Starmer what unprofessional people from Northamptonshire Police behaved like when they breached privacy rights when it was not in the public interest and demonstrated members of a corrupt police force as proved beyond reasonable doubt in some of the largest Prevention of Terrorism Court trials in the world that the USA military and the Australian military found such a small local government guilty of Genocide in some legally binding decisions because I was a British born citizen from this town and the behaviour of past police officers who damaged my reputation were each given indefinite life imprisonment with no recourse for Appeal and were lucky not to receive the death penalty although I understood that each corrupt police officers were each HIV positive for sexual gross misconduct with my qualified lawyer friends who had each given cogent evidence against each corrupt police officer's criminal conduct where my qualified lawyer friends loved me and not the said defendants who were publicly humiliated in the largest courts of law in the world where even The Late Queen Elizabeth II had given hard evidence in my favour against really cruel racists before her death when she had given her approval for my distribution of my books sold worldwide because I have high profile friends which was something that Northamptonshire government could not eliminate.
Stay away! Paid for barrister - Rosanne Godfrey-Lockwood via direct access, the case was adjourned and the barrister said she’s not coming for the proper hearing at a new date, as she already appeared in the court. This cost me over £10.000. Complained to 4pb and they don’t take responsibility. And obviously you won’t win with lawyers. Unacceptable.
It was the most devastating experience ever. Ms Miriam Best is the worst counsel you can imagine! She didn’t listen to your concerns and misrepresented me in the case of children matters in front of the high court. She has a fixed mindset and doesn’t weigh other legal options. Over one month of legal strategy and approach to my case together with family law solicitors was totally denied by Miriam just short before the hearing which cause enormous confusion to my solicitor and myself. In the court itself she got emotional and was very ignorant when I didn’t agree with her proposals, and finally forced me against my will to sign an agreement under threatening consequences. She just wanted to triumph in front of the judge that she „achieved“ and agreement. Her counterpart counsel was laughing about her incompetence. Also she submitted my position statement too late and got rebuked by the judge. I will seek legal steps against her and also will ask for compensation of the fees. I wrote also to 4PB and hope that they will take internal actions against her. Complete failure!!

A friend of mine has been in a legal battle since mid 2012 to regain access to his daughter. After they got separated, the mother of his only child refused access and told him to start legal proceedings if he wishes to see his daughter again. He has spent thousands of pounds on solicitors and if anything achieved a deterioration of his chances to see his daughter. Last week, with 3 days notice he was taken to court and threatened with Residence Order and to have to bear the cost of the Court proceedings. Instead of representing himself in person, he decided to hire a direct access barrister from 4 Paper Buildings this time. They were extremely friendly, fast to respond and achieved everything he wanted and more. He sent his access form only one day before the hearing during the half term holidays, and still got a barrister to represent him. The barrister lady only got a part of the documents (missing the previous court orders) at 4pm before the morning of the hearing. She nevertheless managed to send a 4 page note to the judge that evening summarising the case perfectly. Then she negotiated a deal with the other barrister before the Court hearing even started. She consulted him repeatedly to achieve the best result for him. The Residence order will be only considered on the next hearing as part of a comprehensive review of the case. The cost order has been dropped. She also incorporated a paragraph to push forward issues which have been delayed since the previous court hearing and thus gives my friend better chances to achieve a positive result on the next scheduled Court hearing in June. We can only thank 4 Paper Buildings legal clerks and barristers for their amazing contribution. Extremely professional.
