Very poor. Booked for today to receive a half hour facial and half hour back neck and shoulder massage, as per gift voucher purchased by my daughter. After completing questionnaire, I was told that I could not have the massage as I had a fractured rib. (Ok I understand). I must wait 5 months. I was offered the facial only. - I suggested I rebook to time when rib was healed. This was not accepted as by then the voucher would have run out. - I asked for an alternative to the massage, apparently there is not another half hour treatment I could swap to - I asked if I could perhaps have a pedicure and pay for the top up. Apparently not unless I pay for the full price of pedicure. - I asked what alternative then could be offered. They were not forthcoming nor helpful, unless I pay a lot more money. I simply wanted what my daughter had paid for. But they would not provide this. I understand that I cant have shoulder massage yet, but to not let me book at a time when I could, was unfair. I had no alternative but to leave. I am so so upset. I now have to explain to my daughter that the lovely treat she bought for me ie two treatments massage/facial are not possible. She will be so very disappointed, she really wanted me to have this treat. Beauty Room were not helpful nor sympathetic. I only hope they will at least refund my daughter. HOWEVER the receptionist promised that a manager would call my daughter on Tuesday, but she DID NOT I would NEVER recommend Beauty Room to anyone. Especially when there are plenty of alternatives in Nailsea.

I came in with my sister before my wedding recently and we both had a nail and feet spa. Even tough it was quite a lot of money it was well worth it to feel very pampered, and we were very pleased with our nails. My wedding nails lasted for 2 weeks and they weren't even gel ones! I would recommend this place.
