   I have always been satisfied with the services at Gilda. However, my visit on Sunday was very disappointing. The staff member who attended to me did not provide enough information about the nail polish I wanted. Regarding my eyebrow treatment, she left without saying anything, so I was unable to have my treatment done. This was only the third time I had visited, and until now I had always been satisfied, but last Sunday I was very unhappy with the way she behaved. Her attitude lacked professionalism and respect for my choices. This is very regrettable, and I hope my feedback will be taken into account to prevent similar situations in the future.

   Took my relative to go get her nails done for the first time, she asked for white tip french acrylic, when she came home not only was the paint messy where they hadn’t focused on the french tip, but there was also blanks of white polish so you could visibly see the base pink coat. The nails were way too thick and hadn’t been filed properly, one of the nails had excess false nail hanging off of it. I went back and she had gone over them and sorted them out for us which I appreciate, however shouldn’t of been necessary if they were done properly the first time, and two days later one of the nails has already became loose and popped off. There was no care put into these nails, just trying to get it done in a rush because they assumed the young girl wouldn’t be bothered but the result. I usually don’t become bothered by situations like this but for the money a 12 year old paid I think situations like this need to be addressed.

   We waited for over 2 hours to be seen today. They were serving people who came in after us just because they wanted acrylics instead of gels (presumably because more money to be made). My son wanted a snowflake with a gem in the middle- the snowflake was so bad it looks like a toddler has drawn it. The design I got looks absolutely nothing like what I showered her.

   Been here a few times with my mum, the pedicures are amazing and feet always feel silky smooth after. We also often have a set of acrylic and can never fault them, always turn out gorgeous.

   Pre booked a few weeks ago my mum has been here before on a few occasions and myself once, they did a good job around 8yrs ago. I thought we’ll give it a go. The day before my daughters prom, what she would have liked, to what we got for £35 worst thing I even tipped them as my daughter was to ashamed to say as I was paying for her. Love her. This is awful. Never again. I’ve had a little experience/practice with nails if only I had the equipment I’m pretty sure I would have done a lot better. My daughters nails naturally was a lot better than this. 1st photo what she would have liked but oval tip. We got the 2nd picture. So if you do book it’s at your own risk don’t say you haven’t been warned. Definitely lost my custom ripped off is an understatement.

   I have been going to Gilda Nail Studio for years now. Everyone who works there is absolutely amazing. I have had everything from acrylic nails - pedicure and the team never fail to disappoint every single time. Every service is always so relaxing and done to the absolute top quality, I never go to any other nail shop simply because this one.. is the best one!

   Nails were meant be be ombré they wasn’t all were bumpy and all of them just bent I’ve done my acrylic nails at home before on myself no training and I did a better job I’ve never has such bad nail in my life and theses we meant for a wedding if I could show a video of how bad they were I would
