   I have been here 2 different times and had two vastly different experiences. The first, I saw Joseph and had a lovely experience. The reception was amazing, I had a really helpful consultation and I loved the final product. It was a great morning out, and definitely worth the price. The second consultation left me with a slight sour taste, however, Sam went out of her way to reach out to me and apologise. Such a sweet gesture really turned what was a sour note into a very sweet one and Im very grateful for their effort!

   I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Paul many years ago when I was in university and have since managed to hunt him down in Bristol- the only person who I have found who just understands my hair and takes the time to ensure the cut you’re getting is the best it can possibly be. I had a bit of a hair disaster recently at another salon and he managed to put me at ease and rescue my hair, something which takes a lot of skill and experience. I couldn’t recommend Paul enough! A true craftsman!

   After having had disasters before at hairdressers I was apprehensive but I need not have been! Tony was great in making me feel comfortable, listening to me, as well as making suggestions! I have had lots of compliments since my cut yesterday and even though he only tweaked my “normal” style slightly, it made all the difference and I will definitely will be returning for my next cut. ✂️

   Mabel is brilliant! I have long hair and am not very good at styling but the cut Mabel does makes it look I've done something with it even between cuts. Also love the sausage dogs and the cosy vibes in the salon.

Paul who cut my hair did a great job - I've had loads on really nice comments since. Just a great find and I'll definately be going back!

   Beautiful salon, amazing decor, unique and unlike anywhere else I have been! Lovely friendly staff from the lady who greeted me & hair washed to the people on the front desk. Had my haircut by Paul who worked with me to get a style I really loved. Would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be going back again and again!
