   I’ve helped 3 of my children with the purchase of their first homes, each used a different conveyancing firm. I wasn’t impressed with any of them so when I came to sell up and buy somewhere new I chose Tinklin Springall following a recommendation. Brooke dealt with both transactions and has been first class throughout. I never had to chase and was kept updated regularly. Don’t settle for the poor service so many other firms offer, use Brooke.

   I had the pleasure of dealing with Brooke for the purchase of a townhouse in London. I was also dealing with a different larger call centre type solictor company for a purchase my mother was undertaking. The difference couldn’t have been more stark. Brooke was vey fast to respond, on top of everything and gave good advice. The purchase went through smoothly. Highly recommended, go for a local firm not the big call centers!!

   Emilia at Tinklin Springall handled our first time buying process above and beyond our original expectations. You hear the horror story’s of picking the wrong conveyancing solicitor, I am so great full this wasn’t the case for us!. I received constant updates and raw honest advice on what turned out to actually be quite a difficult buying process. Emilia had many hurdles to jump over to ensure me and my partner could move to our dream home. She took extra time to ensure we understood every step and went out of her way to make sure we was happy. Her hard work has not gone unnoticed, we will be forever grateful for what she made possible to us. If we ever decide to sell/buy again we will 100% be returning and asking for Emilia if we can. The pricing I also found very fair and actually quite good rates on comparisons for the level of service i received I expected much higher (we also had no additional fees added from original quote at start which was great).

   Tinklin Springall helped with probate and flat sale for my late friend who asked me and a relative to be executors. They made everything so much easier by keeping us updated all through the process, being clear about what we needed to do and very patient with all our questions. We didn't need to chase them at all, they kept things moving forward which made a huge difference as I was able to put it out of my mind for periods at a difficult time. I'm very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.

   We had an excellent experience using Tinklin Springall as our solicitors for the purchase of our first home. Our solicitor Brooke Tafazolli in particular was brilliant, she went above and beyond throughout the whole process, quickly addressing and resolving any issues we had with our purchase. She regularly kept us up to date with any updates she had and always responded quickly. She acted on our behalf to the highest professional standard at all times, always communicated with us in a friendly manner and explained any legal matters in a way we could understand without any jargon and made our whole experience as smooth and stress free as possible. We couldn’t recommend her and Tinklin Springall enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently sold a property and my solicitor was Ian Springall of Tinklin Springall. From start to finish the service I experienced was excellent. Ian was professional, always happy to answer my (sometimes silly) questions, very quick at responding to all emails, and worked hard to ensure the transaction was completed promptly. I've dealt with a few members of the Beckenham team and they are a lovely bunch. I highly recommend Tinklin Springall.

   We recently concluded a house purchase through the Beckenham office of Tinklin Springall being represented by Samantha Wicks. Samantha has acted for us in the past on a house sale, a purchase, and arranging a lease extension. The service from Samantha and the wider team at Tinklin Springall has been excellent throughout all our dealings. With the recent house purchase they were proactive, quick to respond to questions and requests, and have gave us such a lot of confidence that they were on top of everything. There was an obvious difference in quality of service provided by Samantha compared to the solicitor firm the vendor was using. We will use Tinklin Springall again in future and are very happy to recommend them and Samantha in particular. Cost wise the service we got is definitely value for money.
