Ella and the team always make my visit enjoyable, the relaxing but professional environment puts me at ease and they go out of their way to make sure I am happy with the result. I have visited Atelier for a number of years and the high standard is always maintained and most importantly I leave with great hair!
Ella and her team have been cutting my hair for 8 years so it was an obvious decision to ask Ella to style my hair and my bridesmaids hair on my wedding day! During the trial session Ella took my Pinterest inspiration and tried 2 styles: a long boho braid and the same braid re-worked into a bun with lots of volume! On the day Ella and her team were outstanding, they were a dream to have with the bridal party getting ready, working with each bridesmaids hair and individual style. As for my hair, I felt like a mermaid princess! We used a hair vine that Ella incorporated so seamlessly. My hair lasted all day, didn’t need any tidying and I got so many compliments on it! She framed my face with tousled pieces so strategically placed that I didn’t have to touch my hair at all. Would always recommend Ella and her team, she’s a real gem and I would never let anyone else touch my hair ☺️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can't recommend Atelier enough! There is no one else I would go to for my beauty regimes and spray tans. They did my wedding spray tan and went above and beyond to make me feel amazing. Such a great location in the heart of Clifton Village and the girls are amazing. Thanks so much x
Atelier is the best salon I’ve ever been to, and I lived in London a long time. Ella has been doing my hair for over 6 years, and I always look forward to going in, being pampered with their complimentary pre-cut ritual treatment & catching up with the team. She always has an amazing team and the vibe of the place is just spot on. Cat also did my nails recently and it’s the best Gel manicure I’ve ever had, stayed on for weeks. And I was offered a beer! What more could you want?! Keep doing what you’re doing, I couldn’t go anywhere else now! LOVE.

Have been coming to Atelier for several years now, to have my hair coloured and styled. Having always struggled to find a hairdresser I liked, and who I could build a positive rapport with, I was thrilled when work colleagues recommended Ella and her team. Such a lovely and skilled team, always given a very personal service, cuts and colour always spot on......and you get amazing little head massges thrown in! How lucky we are in Bristol to have Atelier, they are a truly talented bunch. From someone who got the train back to London for a hair cut and colour, I can hand on heart say this salon is amazing, I always walk out of there with a smile on my face and hair that I love, as well as having had a good chat and a shoulder massage. Ella has created a wonderful setting with a great team, all very friendly and in tune with current trends, products and very knowledgeable about their craft. As a working mother these haircuts have literally carried me through the toughest of times and sleepless nights. The pandemic highlighted how important hairdressers are, well these guys are totally amazing and I can’t recommend them enough.
As someone with high expectations, I have visited various Bristol salons over the years, including high end salons and small hairdressing shops. In my view, Atelier is THE BEST! The customer service is fantastic and the staff group are friendly, warm and welcoming. Ella is absolutely awesome and I have been thrilled with my colour and cut on both occasions. My only regret is that I didn't discover Atelier until 3 months ago. I've never had such outstanding service or a better cut and colour in any other salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years and I absolutely love it. Henry has been doing my hair colour and cuts for a few years now and I always leave feeling like a different person. He completely understands what I am hoping to achieve and always hits the mark. I have also had lovely Ella doing my hair and just like Henry, she is so knowledgeable about what would suit me, whether it’s with my colour or a cut. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Everyone is really friendly and they are a fabulous team! If you want a lovely pamper and to leave feeling like a brand new person, this is the place to come to!
