   I have received lash and brow treatments here for over 5 years. I came here after someone had botched my previous set and they fixed them for me. I’ve never had a single issue with any of my treatments, service etc. good value for money, my lashes can last upto 4 weeks and sometimes longer if I clean and brush them as recommended. They’re also light so don’t feel like they pull my eyes down. And my eyelashes are always stuck perfectly. The salon is beautifully decorated and all staff are welcoming and friendly. I have always been showed my treatments and asked if I am happy before leaving.

   Had my lashes and brows done and she synged my brows off just before my holiday and birthday! Had to walk around with no eyebrows for months! I messaged her to let her know but she aired me on facebook and by text! I am honestly upset that she has ignored me and this is not what I expected especially I have had my lashes by her since she opened but the least I expected was an apology which I still have not received to this day! I do not recommend anymore!

   CHEAP CLUSTER LASHES glued to my eyelids Won’t be using this service again felt really uncomfortable was sat in a chair right near the main door with my eyes shut, random people walking in and out. No lash shampoo applied very unhygienic. Lashes were not applied properly she was to busy talking and screaming and shouting and gossiping with her mates which was giving me headache. 4 days my lashes last they started falling out soon as I left the appointment, glue stuck on my eye lids and irritation and burning no lashes attached to my natural lash looked cheap. Really unprofessional how she treated me. Do not recommend I will go to someone that is qualified and professional .

   I had booking on today. I went there and apart builders was no one there. I call to them but nobody answer phone. They made my really angry. I definitely don't recommend

   Really easy no hassle, comfortable experience and only took an hour for a new set of hybrids. Tina is friendly and good company. Also its very reasonably priced.

   Had my lashes done a few times by Tina! I had the greatest experience and the lashes lasted more than the advised three weeks and the glue which Tina uses is perfect for my sensitive eyes!! Definitely recommend Beauty Theory for lashes! The salon is super aesthetically pleasing and they offer other services too. Thank you so much!!!!

   Beauty Theory is amazing! Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough. Tina is a fantastic lash technician and my eyelash extensions always look fabulous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the ambience is chic and elegant and the pricing is incredibly reasonable.
