I had regular updates from them, they moved things along quickly where possible, they always picked up the phone, gave guidance where it was needed and I felt like they my interests were well looked after.    I contacted Aleta Shaw Bexleyheath last week for some legal advice. After multiple phone calls and left messages I finally managed to speak to someone. After providing basic details it became clear that Aletta Shaw did not want to help as they continued to say they were to busy without even getting a full understanding of the complaint. I just wanted initial legal advice what I was happy to pay for but the lady kept trying to put off making an appointment. I then requested that I would like to book an appointment with the senior solicitor of the practice only to be informed that she was to busy and as she was on holiday she could take no further business on. I said I was happy to wait until she came less busy. I sent an email requesting an appointment when she returned from holiday. Once again this company didn’t have the courtesy to reply. After leaving it another four days I called the company again and left a message. Once again no call back. When I did finally speak to the senior solicitor she refused a meeting before she had even heard what the case was and then could not explain her reasons why. All in all a totally shocking experience from this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. Incredibly poor service and a total lack of common courtesy. I have given them one star only to be able to post this review but in my opinion they are not even worth that.
