I booked for a facial, everything alright, the girl nice, I don't want to offend anyone but when I was asked to go in my room to get ready for the treatement I was shocked to see so much dust and dirt everywhere, so I have canceled the treatement altogether. Don't get me wrong but considering that you offer such tratements, the enviroment should be spotless. Dissapointed.

Very beginner friendly as I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before so I was also given some waxing, service was not too long and stylist was very polite and attentive, felt very comfortable and accommodated. 5/5, would recommend and go again.

I was here last week to do eyebrow threading and lash lift and it turned out wonderful. The staff was amazing and the environment was superb. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family.
It was quite busy and we had to wait a while for them to finish with a client up stairs but after all the wait which is fine she only spent less than 1 min on threading my eyebrows. It was so rushed just to do it quick and move on to the next customer so it made me feel bad for waiting all that time only to be rushed through

Not worth. Poor skills from my experience. They don't know the concept of customer service. When you are already handling a customer, how can you stop their eyebrow threading in between and tell them to wait just because the next customer seems angry for the long waiting time? You can hire necessary staff or improve your skills and time management per customer.
