   Doesn’t respond to enquires for months even when being chased, after commissioning their services. Required everything to be posted rather than sent digitally, which just delays everything and costs more. They will say one thing, then change their advise 5 seconds later, very backwards and old school processes for the modern age, would advise you avoid these people

   Without the support of Ayse I would not have got through the whole process. Any email I sent was responded to immediately, any question I asked was answered. I would recommend BG lawyers to anyone going through one of the most difficult situations in their life, as a firm that will support you through every step.

   I was taken on as a client by these lawyers however they never pick up the phone. When they ring you - they let the line ring twice before cutting it off so as to leave a missed call and if you try to ring back IMMEDIATELY they won’t answer. Poor customer relations too if you ring their main lines no one seems to know who’s in charge of what. You’re better off finding another lawyer. TLDR: FIND ANOTHER FIRM.

   If I could rate at 0 stars I would!!!! Absolutely appalling, to be classed as a professional and is totally incorrect! Will not adhere to court orders, or even respond to several emails to the extent of the worst professionalism I have ever experienced…… This company have set a new low in how to act, in the manner of representing people that don’t act correctly and then setting the same precedence to which is amazing! I would avoid this company at all costs a d if you have unfortunate experience to have to deal with them I feel sorry for you! I hope that whoever is regulating this so called ‘law firm’ actually take note of the way they conduct themselves and actually do something about it.

   Honestly I had a very bad experience with bibi Gadwa. She's not professional at all. I had been through domestic violence experience instead of helping me out she frustrated me. Not able to communicate with her since February to now. When I asked for a transfer to someone else she refused. (It was the first time she replied) It's really sad.

   My good friend has been having problems getting through to bibi to the point where I've had to use my phone to call her. She picked up and rushed me off the phone saying she had to attend court, to email her and she will respond within 48 hours. It's been over a week and no response. My friend has been trying to get hold of her since Feb. She would like to transfer her case over to a different solicitor and she is refusing. She doesn't respond and is totally unprofessional. This has caused her so much stress and alot of time has been wasted. We are looking to take it further with the legal ombudsman as we are in the process of making a complaint
