   Our maintenance company have sub contracted SCS to clean the public hallways of my building. Absolutely awful job every month and the place is disgusting. Twice in a row now I have left my building to go to the corner shop that is 5mins away. In the 10mins that I have been away they have arrived supposedly cleaned 4storeys of stairs and hallways and are sat on their phones in the van for longer than they are cleaning. In the past 2 years the public areas have become disgusting and whilst I have reached out to the maintenance company mutiple times about this. It is the SCS workmanship and their branded van that sits outside. Please can you clean properly. The reason I am writing this now is your van is sat outside with the workers on their phones. They have put a slip at the front of the hallway to say they have been and cleaned yet I am walking up a stairway that clearly hasn't been hovered properly and there are dead flies on the window sill. Please stop ripping people off, you are being paid to do a service and you are not meeting it at all

   Dreadful cleaning services I had a hospital appointment this morning when I came back I noted that the landing was flooded with water to make it look like the building had been cleaned but infact the building was not cleaned properly at all carpets not hoovered lift not cleaned door mats not lifted and front door area's not cleaned stair well not cleaned . I've contacted castle rock edinvar and complained about this dreadful service that customers are receiving or lack of stair cleaning services we're receiving that I want my money refunded since I'm the one paying for this service and so are all the other tenants paying for this service . Castle rock edinvar does not pay for the building to be cleaned the tenants pay for the stair cleaning services . A neighbour did tell me that the cleaners we're supposed to be in the building for about an hour cleaning all areas but in fact we're lucky if there in our building apparently cleaning for 10 to 15 minutes . Shocking service.

   Terrible experience, didn’t even get to the point of having the work done. They spent time to price up the work then sent 2 quotes with wrong information then told me they were prioritising contract work. I’ll never go back to them. Such a pity. I’m not sure how they can spend so much time on admin and still be profitable.

   Over the past 6 years SCS has completed many jobs in the Radisson Blu hotel Edinburgh. Their special ingredient is thier customer focus, they are fast and efficient in every way. Absolutely nothing is to much or to little for them, the office staff extremely helpful to compliment an otherwise well rounded buisness. Keep up the good work.
