2 suits damaged, both fabric over stretched. Took it to different dry cleaner and they confirmed that the damage is due to wrong cleaning technic. Over £800 lost.
Tried to rip off my partner by convincing her jackets needed dry cleaned despite the care label specifically stating they are machine washable and that they shouldn’t be dry cleaned. She felt very pressured and gave in but was thankfully able to get a refund Avoid.
A fantastic service, the owner is wonderful and very friendly. I came here a few days ago for my wifes wedding dress alteration. He was very reassuring and gave me all the information before i made a decision on how best way to alter my dress. I felt very confident with his work because he was very confident and did not disappoint at all. I will be returning when needed in the future.
Hurrah!!! EcoSoft turned my sad 1star review into a to 5/5 by contacting me by email via Google maps to say their phone system was ill — they are most certainly still operational, joy! I was able to get a, super, pick-up and delivery, service wash again. (Edit: Jan 2024.) My original review: "Didn't hate it just couldn't contact them, tried for a week, in Dec 2023, phoning regurally but my calls were diverted to a line I got no pickup from. Used them extensively in 2022 and their laundry pick-up & delivery was brilliant. Searches say tel no as previously but as said I'm getting no joy on that line. Have to assume they have closed?"

My coats and duvet are looking brand new despite the mess made by my dogs... The dress was shortened perfectly well too. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.
I had a bad experience with another tailor, before throwing my garment I thought about trying it and I was not disappointed. Quality, good service and good price.
I cannot rate Ecosoft highly enough. I took my lounge curtains for dry cleaning. They are very large and heavy and have not been cleaned for 16 years! I was told by another dry cleaner that they could clean them but it would take a week.As I have no curtains up in my house at the moment due to extensive painting, Ecosoft bent over backwards to return them to me within a couple of days. They have come up extremely clean and fresh, I am delighted. I have now handed in a couple of duvets to clean. From now on, all my dry cleaning will be going to Ecoclean.
