I have been going to Toni and Guy for many years. Sarah mostly colours my hair and Liam cuts it. They are always on time, they always treat me with respect, they always listen to what I want in terms of colour and cut and also give me good advice. I've never once had a bad experience there. I enjoy chatting to them both. They all try really hard to ensure everything is OK - checking if I need a drink etc. All the staff are lovely, friendly and really well trained in what they do. I'd definitely recommend it as an excellent hairdresser.
We got both our kids a haircut before school starts and I was amazed what professionalism and care went into it! You’d think people would be dismissive of children or give them a quick chop and buzz but Fran took extra care to give them the hair they wanted. She was so good with both of them and asked them personally how they’d like it and how they feel. Her cuts were excellent and beyond any cut my kids have gotten! Would recommend! Fran is a star! ✨✨
I was very happy with my haircut here, as I did not have an appointment and they were happy to book me in straight away (because there was a cancellation). My haircut looks fantastic, and the complimentary drink was nice. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be - but I did agree to the price and do not regret paying for this service at all. My hair stylist was really lovely, and I would definitely recommend this hair salon.
My husband had his hair cut by Abby this week. She did a first class job. In the past, he’s emerged from salons with hair shaped like a Mr Whippy ice cream on top. Not this time. Very pleased.
First time visiting Tony&Guy in Bath and I'm very happy with the experience. The girls at the reception are very welcoming and really look after you. I had my haircut with Francesca and she has done an amazing job! It was my first time but not the last one :) thanks!
I've been going here for a few years but I'm going to stop. When you book for a colour service with a stylist of a certain seniority, they put the colour on and then dissappear. I appreciate someone else can wash it off and apply toner etc, but the person taking responsibility for the final result should at least come and check how the colour is looking before it's washed off. I'm not really very happy with mine. Also, once the colour is done you're charged extra for finishing. The person styling my hair was lovely, but was pulling so hard with the straighteners that it was hurting my head and breaking hairs. Overpriced for not a great experience, going to start going elsewhere.
I was delighted with the experience of having my hair cut and dried as a model for Honey. Honey did a wonderful job of a long layered cut and I paid extra to have a conditioning treatment. It was a good experience and even complimentry drinks and fresh fruit. Needless to say I have booked I a gain with Honey for another cut and I have also booked in for a colour based on my good experience.
Poor customer service and overly-inflated prices. After using the online booking service on my last visit and selecting "any stylist", I was charged £80 for a very straightforward cut and bog-standard blow dry - ridiculous. I used to be a loyal customer, but I will no longer go there again and will find somewhere which values their customers and isn't just interested in taking their money. I feel very let down and would no longer recommend.
