   I went to this salon with my friend and had a lovely experience with Poppy, for a head spa. She was lovely, but the other staff here were very rude to me. The heads spa in its self was really nice and relaxing… I was waiting for my friend to have her treatment finished, so i was sat in the waiting area, which was right by the door, the weather was dreadful, it was raining and very stormy outside. A customer came in and left the door open, which eventually i got up and shut as i just had my hair washed so i wanted to keep warm. at this time the salon was very quiet, when this lady came up( who worked in the salon) and started talking to the other women who also worked in the salon. The lady was having a conversation about me shutting the door in front of me, saying ‘ if the client is cold she can move’ and was giving me a horrible look and spoke in a very horrible tone. Then moved me to the other end of the salon. I wouldn’t have minded if they spoke to me nicely, but the staff here made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The same lady who worked there then started getting her hair done and started saying how cold it was around half an hour later. Poppy was lovely, but unfortunately the other staff in this salon spoke to me horribly, they kept giving me horrible looks even after. Wouldn’t come here again because of the other staff in this place!

   i had a wash, cut and blow dry this morning with shereece, she was absolutely lovely!! a really great experience, and a lovely salon! all the staff were happy and chatty. shereece did a great job with my hair, super happy with it and would definitely go back!! thank you x

   I had a wonderful head spa experience with Charlie. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my scalp felt thoroughly cleansed afterwards. While the main hair salon space isn’t the most inviting, the head spa room itself is calm and relaxing once you step inside & have the provided earplugs in. I left feeling refreshed and would consider returning!

   Ultimate relaxation yesterday with a Japanese head spa by Charlie. I totally zoned out and enjoyed every minute—it was pure bliss. Charlie is an incredibly talented hairdresser, and I can't recommend her enough for her cutting and colouring skills. If you're looking for the perfect mix of pampering and professional expertise, she's the one to see!
