   Responce It happend a few months ago and take a look at your christmas jumper photo it was the male on the right and the one on the left was stood in the doorway amd it was a black vheicle that was being driven the driver pulld up got something out the boot and made the comment I will not be threatend in to removing my review it is 100% truthfull and thats fine i have a witness and nice to see the profesional responce of attacking. I take my reviews seriosly and will always be truthfull in all my reviews as no one ganes anything by lying or removing a review because you dont like the truth. Finaly decided to write my review I have not and will not ever enter this busnes After one of the people from this busnes not sure if owner or what but after he drove straight threw the crossing as we was crossing outside the college he pulld up outside hair conection and gets out and walks in but before entering he says nice hair i went to reply thanks wich he cut me off and said for a t**t he was had a go at by a member of public that was following behind and i had a go to it was a shocking experience but i was put off giving a review as i read the responces to other negative reviews Yes i gave a middle finger as he drove strait threw the crossing wich was a justified reaction to someone not paying attention to the road and padestrians around Please avoid this place fined a hairdresser who makes you feel welcome and treats you rite and gets just as excited as you over your fresh style or colour hair Rude Unprofesional Bully Abusive Seeing one of the other review responces looking forward to seeing what i get diagnosed with

   Been going to Hair connection for years and the only place I’d trust with my hair. When I first started to come in , my hair was short and thin but to their advice and hair care , it’s the healthiest it’s ever been. If you’re looking for a hairdressers that honestly care about you as a customer and listen to what you want, it’s here . Thanks to Mike , April and Dawna and the rest of the team !

   Do not use this salon! I went for a cut and blow dry asking for an inch or two off of my hair, I was very spcecfic with what I wanted and even showed the hairdresser pictures of my past cuts, before cutting at the back the haidrdresser didn't check the length with me and proceeded to cut it way too short for my liking also leaving it lopsided at the front. Furthermore, when I went to pay they charged me £35 when in fact they had told me my haircut would be £25 over the phone, when I asked if this was with a student discount they said yes, so I asked about their sign outside advertising for a 20% student discount, when I asked about this, the hairdresser said they were unaware that the sign said this and had to go outside to check the sign! What kind of salon misadvertises a discount?! I am incredibly upset I have been overly charged for a bad haircut and lied to.

   I would not recommend this salon. They have butchered my daughter's hair. They did not listen to how she wanted it cut and cut it lopsided. Despite only wanting an inch cut off, they have cut more than that and therefore classed it as a 'restyle' meaning my daughter was charged more than expected. They were also unaware of the student discount advertised in their window. When I called the salon I found the man on the phone rude and unapologetic — bad customer service. She should have had a refund for part of what she paid and will certainly not be going back.

   Friendly staff, very good at what they do and at new techniques. Fantastic purple highlights for daughter's hair. Prices are very good and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
