Just opened my suit since getting it dry cleaned here weeks ago. They ripped a huge hole in the shoulder. How does that even happen? This suit is irreplaceable and due to the site of the damage, cannot be repaired. High prices too. Pretty upset. Wish there was another option close to Stockbridge.
I simply cannot praise the owner and the staff enough. We forgot to pick up our laundry in time before depurture and they accomodated us in every possible way and they didn't even want compensation. This is not to encourage anyone to do the same, it's just so others know how kind and professional they are. I wish you guys all the best! Also, the laundry was perfect :)
My daughter was very anxious and stressed about the need to have all her clothes and bedding to be washed and dried in one day at short notice. Staff at Raeburn were very caring, friendly and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend
We'd never used a pick-up laundry service before but we were traveling and needed to have our clothing cleaned. The hotel laundry would have cost a fortune. After asking a lot of questions, we decided to use them. Oh my, great service, reasonable price and items that required folding, were. I would absolutely recommend them. Oh...and back within 24 hours!
I recently used the laundry services at this local shop and had a wonderful experience. After a wash and dry, my clothes came out perfectly clean and smelled amazing. I opted for delivery, and I must say that Raeburn went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The price is reasonable too, much cheaper in comparison to other laundry services I have used. I'm truly impressed and will definitely be returning for their services again.
Very friendly owner, and offered laundry service at a fraction of the cost of our hotel. I will be going back another time before we leave Edinburgh.
Gave in an expensive coat and they decided to iron it after dry cleaning completely ruined the coat. Went back and they refused to claim responsibility for damaging my coat they rather lied and was completely unprofessional. Gave me a refund for the dry cleaning and now I’m stuck with a damaged coat! Said I should go back so a “fabric specialist” can have a look. Such a load of b*ullshit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want your coats damaged as well.
Halfway through a two week trip we realized our hotel’s laundry service charged per item, so we were about to panic when we found this place- an absolute lifesaver! The cost was super reasonable and the owner was very friendly, and we were able to grab some lunch at a cafe while we waited. We were also very impressed at how quickly the big dryers dry!

New owners. Easy. We had medium bag of travel laundry washed, dried & folded. Overnight service was £16. Would definitely recommend!
