   Great service from initial phone call through to completion of a great job on some heavily soiled carpets. Martin kept me informed and even supplied some great before and after photos. very quick response and a great price for competing an entire 4 bed apartment.    I rarely give feedback but I was so impressed with service provided I felt obliged to comment on it..! I couldn't believe the before and after effect. An excellent job on my carpet - quite literally transforming the rooms plus he was professional, friendly, helpful and a joy to have around. Highly recommend as they are quick, available straight away, were available to fit into our schedule on short notice and not expensive. Def a 5 star service. They arrived on time (no excuses about traffic etc.) Thank you so much!

   Amazing!!! I thought I will need a new carpet , because it had some nasty stains, that I didn't believe could be cleaned. Used ECarpetCare to clean my old carpet. They use some high quality detergents and now there is no sign of spots or spills on my carpet and it looks like new. Very professional and friendly service. I'm planning to use them again!!!
