Just recently Brooke cut me a bob and she took so much time looking at my photos, making me feel comfortable, chatting about right lengths/layers/hair weight etc. She was constantly checking in with me, we made changes along the way, and I absolutely love my hair!! I have been with Felicity for almost three years and we have been on quite a hair journey together.
