A shocking display of unkindness. I walked through the door and was accused of being 10 minutes late for my appointment. There was no greeting, just a stark accusation. My appointment was booked for 1pm and it was 12.55pm when I walked in. I initially apologised as I was caught off-guard but was then told by the manager that she couldn't colour my hair because of my '10 minutes' lateness and would only cut it because her next client was due in at 2pm. I'd waited 3 weeks for this appointment as my husband had been hospitalised and I have been unable to leave him. Her lack of kindness and decency made me recoil; a terrible terrible way to treat a fellow human being not to mention a complete lack of business sense.
Had a long overdue haircut and restyle....I let sam the manager cut my hair really short and choppy!!!i felt very relaxed and welcome.A nice cup of coffee...a chat.It was nice to put my faith in someone elses hands/scissors!!!!i would highly recommend this hairdressers.Friendly and not overpriced.
