   Went in for a haircut today. Neither member of staff said hello before one ushered me to a seat. I showed him a few reference photos and he got me prepped for my cut. As I was being prepped another customer entered and my barber began to chat with him, and then asked me to move to the other seat so that he could serve this other customer. The new barber assigned to me did not look at the reference photos and was about to cut before I stopped him to show him what I wanted. He then said that I should have gone to a hairdresser for a scissor cut despite it being listed as one of their services, and the fact that I had been to this business before for the exact same cut. Nevertheless he said he would do it. He began to cut tons of length off the sides without checking and then showed me when he had finished one side, it looked nothing like the photos and I just had to go along with it as he had already taken so much off. He finished the haircut which not only was nothing at all like what I asked for, but also not particularly good even for what I assume he was aiming for. I left the barbers angry because it felt at no point was I listened to.

   Found this place in Bath as I wanted a wet shave and omg, it’s one of the best I’ve ever. Young lad with a “Beckham” tattoo on the back of his neck was amazing. Wet shave, hot towel and a neck, arm and shoulder massage all under £20. Highly recommend this place.

   I went this salon couple days ago my friend recommended to me and I’m glad I visited! I had a really good haircut and looked after very well. Very welcoming staff and very nice atmosphere. Was offered tea (Çay)while waiting. Good service and reasonable prices.

   Amazing staff. Amazing service. Been their customer for three years now. Never have disappointed. Always treats you with a nice Turkish tea if you happen to wait for your turn. Best part, no prior appointment is required but can sometimes be busy due to their popularity. After a hair cut, highly recommend the hot towel. Such a relaxing thing.

   Visiting Bath for a few days and needed to sort my trim out, found Dylan’s whilst walking around and saw the good reviews they have online. Staff were all friendly and instantly offered me a drink, great customer service and a very competitive price considering the location. Will definitely return here in future!

   I’ve been to pretty much all the barbers in Bath, Dylan’s is without a doubt the best. I see Aron once a week and his skills have worked wonders on what used to be a very embarrassing trim. The loyalty cards, tea and banging music are all bonuses as well!

   Aron has been keeping me in check for the last 18 months, I now live an hour away but still travel over to see him as I don’t trust anyone else anymore! Everyone in the shop is polite, always offer a tea even when they’re busy. Cannot recommend Aron or the shop anymore highly

   Great place! They have a loyalty card scheme. Once or twice I have not been 100% happy with my hair cut - but do you know what - I've been there loads. And, I still visit. Because overall, one or two bad visits are completely trumped by the loads of great visits, tea, messages and friendly team.
