   I'm a new customer, I booked my appointment in store on 4th October for an appointment on 18th October at 1115. I was booked in for an Ombre and restyle (£150 upwards). I arrived 5 mins early and sat waiting for 15mins before the stylist said she would be another 30mins. Over an hour later and she still isn't ready, I've left without completing my appointment because of it. To her she is running over an hour late and it doesn't matter. I booked in at 1115 because I have a schedule and whatever delays she has ultimately delays the rest of my day, other appointments and functions. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably disrespectful. Won't be returning.

   Since moving here I was a bit anxious about finding a new salon for my hair. I have thick curly hair and was kindly recommended to Sophie. Sophie did such a fantastic job! She listens and is a true magician with the scissors. My layers sit beautifully and had so many compliments on my hair. Best haircut I’ve ever had and won’t go anywhere else! I’m so happy to live near such a lovely salon! All the staff are so friendly! Salon looks amazing and clean. I cannot recommend enough! I can’t wait for the next visit! Thank you so much!    I've had numerous services done at this salon, all done by the incredible Lewis. I have never had a hair stylist as fantastic as him, and my hair always feels like silk when I leave, and my confidence is back. I have very thick, curly hair, and as most women with curly hair, I like to get it straightened. Previously it's been damaged by other hair stylists during the process, and was left all crunchy and dry. Then I found Lewis. Lewis has revitalised my hair, left it soft, shiny and full, and on every visit he has always been able to provide poker straight hair without damaging my hair or my curls afterwards. I have since had hair dyes done with him, going red and purple, and have my hair feathered often. I have sometimes even gone in with a vague idea of what I wanted and put myself in his capable hands - always a 10/10 review. No one will ever touch my hair besides him, and I will regularly drive from York to get my hair done every couple of months, as I've never found a more perfect hair stylist.

   Amazing customer service and great advice on my hair. Went in for a wash and cut with Freya but have seen Lewis and Sophie in the past. All stylists are great at what they do and really know their stuff. My wife and I are always happy with our hair and the price, will be taking my son along next week for his haircut too.

   If you want to go somewhere that has a real passion for hairdressing, then choose this Salon. As a guy who didn’t know where to go after growing his hair over Lockdown, Lewis was more than happy to talk through different ideas and styles explaining them very clearly in regards with what to do with my hair. After cutting and deciding I wanted more off the length he was very happy to spend the extra time doing so. Prices are very good and a relaxed vibe Everything I wanted and more from a hairdressing experience

   Such a great salon, Lewis and Freya are lovely and very talented. I always walk away very happy with my hair and feeling like I've spent time with friends. It's always been super covid safe and the salon itself is very modern and high class and only the best products are used. I highly recommend.

   Textür Hair Boutiques is a beautiful new Salon. It’s extremely spacious and light. The staff are very professional and friendly. The prices are really reasonable as well. I was so happy with the service I received and the result of my cut and colour. All current guidelines are in place to keep customers safe. I would definitely recommend.
