I had actually made an appointment over the phone earlier for October 24th at 9:30 AM to have my hair dyed. I had reserved the whole morning for this, but when I arrived, your staff told me there was no record of my booking. I was very disappointed. I then made another appointment on the spot, but I had to wait another two weeks before I could finally come back to get my hair dyed. I waited for two weeks for nothing. Now that I finally got the chance to dye my hair, I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I received. I had shown your staff a photo of the color I wanted — a grey base with light grey highlights. After seeing it, she told me she couldn’t do it. I accepted her explanation and trusted her professional judgment. However, she did not show me any color samples or charts before proceeding. I trusted that she knew what she was doing, so I let her handle my hair. But the result turned out looking like white hair on an elderly person. I was shocked and very unhappy with the color. When I reacted, she widened her eyes and said, “Isn’t this the color you wanted?” It absolutely wasn’t. I was unhappy but still paid and left. What upset me even more was that your staff did not offer a single apology — her attitude was rude, and her expression was unpleasant. I will no longer recommend your salon. Being stood up once was already very disappointing, but after waiting two weeks and receiving such treatment, I am truly disheartened. I don’t believe your staff will apologize, because the way she looked at me made it seem like I had done something wrong. I honestly don’t know what I did wrong — I only know that the hairstylist seemed to be blaming me. You can check your salon’s CCTV footage if you wish; I am not lying.
Love, love, LOVE this salon!!! I had an issue with my regular salon and needed a very, VERY last minute appointment. I was extremely stressed and put out an SOS on social media asking if anyone had any availability. The owner of the salon saw my message and the stars aligned with a last minute balayage cancellation and they were able to fit me in. Ella was literally amazingggggg!! She brought my vision to life and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was also so sweet, personable and had great energy. Everyone in this salon was wonderful and I've been converted - this is now my salon and I won't go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience.
As always a great experience for hair cut/ colour etc. Sheryl is one in a million , so thoughtful, kind, helpful and a great hairdresser. All the team are great but she really stands out. A really personalised time and a great hair result. Thank you again.
Had my hair done with Charlotte. She is very good. I am so pleased with the cut and colour. All the girls are lovely and friendly. Also it's nice to have the personal touch. I would recommend it to anyone. You get a lovely cup of tea as well.

I’ve been going to Madison Rae for years and have always been really happy with the treatments I’ve paid for. All of the girls are so lovely and friendly and feel really welcomed by them all when visiting. I have my hair done with Emily who is great and a really lovely, genuine person!
