    Really disappointing experience. The staff clearly have no idea how to cut hair – I went in asking for something simple and walked out with the worst haircut I’ve ever had. No technique, no attention to detail, just complete carelessness. Instead of feeling refreshed, I left frustrated and now have to find another barber to fix the damage. Definitely not recommended.

    I went for hair cut there, the young lady give a nice welcome without book in advance. At the end of the hair cut I mentioned one side was terrible longer than other one. She became so wired with the language and beaver. At the end she was asking me to check as she doesn’t know if the work was done right or not . I was only share my opinion quite and calm, and she was showing to everyone one. Never again also for the expensive price and disappointing with the service received. 0 out of 0

    Came in today for a walk in haircut. He said "how much do you want off the top" I said "as little as possible" He took loads off of the top, and it made the haircut the opposite of what I wanted. He mustn't have understood me. When I told him that I wasn't happy he didn't really seem to understand why. He was friendly and polite enough though, and so were the rest of the staff- and it seems like a good barbershop in general so I have to give it the extra star, I'm hoping this was a one off!

    House of Luxxe is a great independent barbers / beauty salon! It’s great to have the barbers downstairs and beauty salon upstairs. They offer a wide range of beauty services - nails, eyelashes, facials, makeup, eyebrows, waxing and more. They offer 10% off for students, over 60s, all shopping centre staff, NHS (Blue Badge) Staff, South Gloucestershire Council Staff and South Gloucestershire Leisure Members (ID/Proof required). They’re open Monday - Saturday and a varied times so you can go in on evenings after work on some days. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had my nails done by Kirsten and really like them, not perfect but I am very picky but she was gentle and caring unlike some highstreet nail salons. The price was really reasonable and competitive compared to high street salons. I would definitely go back in there again in the future!
