   Avoid at all costs. The single most unnecessarily stressful and drawn out process I’ve been involved in. Appalling communication, poor information and a total lack of urgency to get anything resolved. Could not recommend less.

   Communication is extremely poor with dealing with my late Aunties estate , numerous emails sent chasing just for a simple update with no response , council even chasing me for payment for care due to lack of response from this solicitor , such a shame as numerous family members have used them in the past and their service use to be outstanding , I would not recommend them again , if I could I would give this company a 0 appalling service from a company that always had an excellent service and reputation still chasing for updates over a year on , you have to chase constantly as no one bothers to respond , like some of the other reviews I am also surprised they are still in business

   If it was possible i would be giving a zero star review, this company has been dealing with a family members estate for over 2 years now, nearly impossible to get in contact with kate. I have been trying to get in contact for over 6 months now and every time ive called i have been met with the response " I'll leave a message and she'll get back to you" would not recommend.

   Initially the communication and response from the company was not great and my initial review was one star. After I raised a complain, their services were great. Lorraine came back to me and apologized for the lack of communication. All of my emails were handled and responded to in a timely manner, Lorraine became attentive and I was offered a discounted rate due to the initial delay. Thank you for the corrective action and most importantly for improving your services.

   Kate and the team doing a fantastic job on our Dad's probate. Very good firm which I've used for years. Thoroughly recommend this company, and even though we moved to Norfolk a few years we still go back to them for any legal work or advice.

   I have used these solicitors for many years both as a private individual and a businessman. They have always provided an excellent service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone requiring their services. MRP Caporn are thoroughly professional, polite and responsive. My last experience of the company has been moving house, the whole event was handled very proficiently and promptly. Some issues that did arise were delt with smoothly and their actions actually saved me some money and left me in an improved position vis a vis my freehold of my new property. A great company offering an excellent package.

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am surprised the company is still in business. Total lack of communication, 14 days between answers to anything, the partner, Elena who handled my buyer's purchase repeatedly sent the same enquiries to my solicitor; obviously a complete waste of everyone's time. They asked for the same documents over and over again and then were un-contactable when estate agents, other solicitors involved in the chain and their own client were trying to phone for updates . The way our case was handled by this company caused all parties unnecessary stress and anxiety.
