   I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Raanan Berlad from Berlad Graham. Going through a divorce was one of the most difficult and complicated times in my life, and Raanan was there for me every step of the way - always available, supportive, and genuinely kind. He truly listened, understood what mattered most to me, and fought for exactly the outcome I wanted. Beyond being an incredible lawyer, Raanan showed genuine care and compassion when I needed it most. Even now, long after everything was settled, he’s still there whenever I need advice or reassurance. I’m deeply grateful and couldn’t recommend Raanan Berlad and the Berlad Graham team more highly.    ⚠️ Be very careful before signing a contract with this firm. In my experience, they failed to provide the service I needed, yet still demanded full payment. Even when the failure came from their side, I was left without the service I paid for. Please read the contract carefully — you may end up paying without receiving the service.

   He's probably very good, but I will never find out. With my initial conversation I found him quite rude and entitled - He didn't introduce himself - I could have been speaking with a paralegal. He said "do you not know who I am? Do some research!" - I'd only just found them on the Law Society Web site and was making some initial enquiries. I guess they don't need the work. If you only offer the same outcome of those who charge half the price - why would you pay their high fees? No differentiator + higher fee = poor value for money. At least that was the impression I was left with.

   Absolutely appalling experience. I approached this firm after they advertised themselves as specialists in the area I required assistance with. After an initial call where reception and clerks took detailed information, I was told someone would get back to me the next day. Two weeks passed with no contact. When I followed up, I was told they had no record of my information and was asked to resend everything. I complied — only to receive a dismissive response from the firm's director, who chastised me for completing steps that his own clerks had advised. He then informed me that they in fact do not specialise in the area they claim to on their website. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, and misleading. Save yourself time, stress, and frustration — go elsewhere!!

   Awful service! Emma Jones completed our house sale for us and she was very rude and unprofessional. We moved in over two years ago and have only just received our Land Registry documents despite us contacting the company 27 times (yes 27!!!!) in the last year about this. Emma’s emails are very unprofessional, rude in tone and condescending. She is not the only one either. I would never use this company again. Edit to respond to reply: We were told by Emma to not contact her again and she gave us the email of someone new - this is who we tried to email. I also said I tried to contact 27 times - not email. It was a mix of phoning up and emailing said email we had from Emma. Either way, your company did not help nor respond to us on any of these 27 occasions. You also haven’t addressed her rudeness or the way she speaks to customers - probably as you know it’s true.

   Taslim has been an absolute godsend for us! Fought in our corner every step of the way and helped us navigate some tricky situations with extremely pushy estate agents. We were first time buyers who had no clue about what to do and Taslim was very patient in explaining the whole process to us. Couldn't recommend enough.

   So unprofessional. Ms.Taslim Khan is the worst possible lawyer and this firm is very unprofessional. We paid all the fees regarding our case and then they said they were unable to continue our case ( they waited 3 years to get my money and tell me this in the end imagine how useless and unprofessional they are) . (Lucky i went to a great lawyer who solved my case in 3 months)They didnt even return the money backk!!! Do not choose this firm in any circumstances. They are scam!!!

   We were recommended Fiona at Berlad Graham to represent us for a sale and purchase, and Fiona looked after us brilliantly. The whole process was long and drawn out due to delays in our mortgage application, but Fiona always leapt into action quickly at key moments. I've had some very poor experiences with solicitors on previous sales, so it was great to feel like we were in good hands. I'll be using Berlad Graham again for another property sale this year, and would recommend to others.

   We are first time buyers and Florence from Berlad Graham made the whole process very easier for us. She would help us understand the risks / key points involved in mortgage offers, search reports, queries and their responses. She would highlight everything and it just made it a lot easier for us to compare and make decisions. She and her team are very professional and gets back quickly. We exchanged and completed the transaction on agreed time. Highly recommended!
