Never had reflexology before but I can honestly say it was magnificent. I’d to stop myself from snoring several times and my feet feel amazing and I feel so relaxed. What a lovely person Elaine is too. Time to start looking after myself with treats now. Definitely recommend
I have been going to Elaine fairly regularly for both lymphatic massage and reflexology. She is absolutely brilliant. Elaine has a really great knowledge of the treatments she offers, but is also naturally intuitive, so I always leave feeling so relaxed. There have been huge benefits both for recovery from post viral illness, and for managing stress. Would highly recommend.
After learning of the benefits of lymphatic drainage, I booked my first treatment with Elaine recently and I am so glad I did. Elaine was really friendly and welcoming from the get go, explained the treatment before we got started and as she worked on me. I’m not the biggest fan of massages but I loved this treatment! I felt really good immediately after and can still feel the benefits now 3 days later. I’ll definitely be back for regular treatments and highly recommend Elaine.
