   Usually good and charged for an 12-16 cut but this time (for the same cut!) charged for an adult fade - not worth it at that price! Make sure you know what you will be paying!!!!

   Tried for a walk in as wasn't aware it was by appointment only. "You got an appointment mate?" is what I got after 10 minutes. No advice of what I should have done or when there was availability. Left pretty irritated. Customer facing skills could certainly use an overhaul. Went to Star Turkish Barber in Bath later who were far more friendly and gave a great cut.

   Nice shop with lots of plants, Haircut was OK but the guy doing it must’ve been having a bad day as he was using so much force with the buzzer it hurt at times. He was also pretty careless and thumbed me in eye at one point. I’ve been here before and had an OK experience so not leaving less than 3*.

   I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the past 5 years at least, and I have never anything short of a great experience. Pretty sure I’ve had cuts from every member of the team, which have all been exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is fantastic, with cool vintage decorations and super friendly staff, the music is always great too. The addition of a booking system post-covid is super helpful as it was always a very popular place and this helps avoid waiting in a long queue - highly recommend doing this in advance. I live in a different city now, but still come back to Bath to get my hair cut here, really can’t recommend it enough.

   Such a great barbershop in the heart of Bath. The prices are extremely reasonable for the city and I've never felt they have rushed a cut. I've had both Nathan and Susie and I would recommend either of them. This place strikes a really good balance of quality cut without breaking the bank.
