I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They are rude and I got the impression that they didn’t want to give a haircut to an OAP as it’s not worth their while. I waited, was ignored so walked out. This was the second time this occurred. Give this shop a miss and go somewhere else wher the staff are friendly and professional.
So I was a little apprehensive about getting my haircut, I found G. Hatto’s after walking around to see many places to go in Bath, I settled on this GH’s. It’s a Tuesday today, an it was perfect timing, no queue, they have enough space for many people anyway, but the quality and the time invested in my haircut by Tristan, I ended up calling him the Leonardo Da Vinci of barbers! Check out the instagram posts! Very impressed! I never normally walk away from haircuts as good as I have today, feeling really good about how I look, feeling confident doesn’t come naturally to me. I took the time to write this review because I feel I owe it to Tristan and the Barbers, for how good I feel right now! Confidence has been escaping me for a while and now it’s partially returned when I didn’t expect it. I think because it was quiet I got a little extra special attention, but I cannot see me getting a bad cut here so I am now switching my barbers for G.Hatto’s indefinitely. Thanks Tristan, nice to meet you, see you again probably less than months time, send the photos so I can update this review! Legendary cut on this bonce!
Not usually one for reviews, but the haircut was so notably bad that I feel I have to do it. Just to be clear the haircut wasn’t from the main barber but the teen they have working here. I made it fairly clear what I was after and it was completely ignored. Clearly not had any proper training because they’ve cut most of my fringe off, given me a lopsided fade (can hardly call it a fade) and the rest is so patchy that it looks like they’ve gone through it with pinking shears. To top it off, they were so rough with the clippers that my neck was bright red and scratched up by the time I got home. Unless you want one size clippers all the way through (although they may struggle with even that request), I suggest you ask for the main barber or find somewhere else.

I’ve been getting haircuts from here for nearly 2 years, I’m always extremely happy with the end result. The atmosphere is great and relaxing and the staff and very helpful and will listen to you at all times so you get the best trim. Highly recommend.
The best barbers I've ever had. I have been a regular for well over a year now. I have never felt like they have rushed my haircut, which has been the case in many other barbers. I have always been pleased with the result and always have a genuinely good chat with the guys in there.
The hairdresser is very nice and skilled gave ma great haircut and did an excellent job communicating what he as doing and what effect it would have on my hair. He really took his time to understand exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job doing it
