Terrible experience. I went in for a simple haircut, but it turned into a disaster. During my appointment, the barber was on a video call with his father for most of the time — even while cutting my hair. Because he wasn’t paying attention, he made a mistake that forced him to turn my haircut (scissor cut) into a shave. He was impolite and dismissive, often not listening to what I asked for. The whole situation felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. At one point, he even made inappropriate and ignorant remarks, which made me very uncomfortable. I would have appreciated his full attention during the service. I paid £17 in cash for this — and honestly, I’d attach a photo, but the result is too bad to show. I would never return and do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic professionalism or respect.

I encountered a really rude Barber on the 15th of December 2022. I went in to have a haircut and he told me the wait time is 30 minutes so I sat down and patiently waited until it was my turn. When I went to get my haircut I asked if it was card or cash and he said cash and PayPal. Please note that there was no sign that said that when entering the building. I said "I am sorry I don't have enough cash with me" and then I asked how much a haircut would cost and he said 15 pounds. After that I said " I have 10 pounds cash with me" and before I was going to finish my sentence he interrupted me rudely while saying "you should get more then". Please mind that I was going to say "I have 10 pounds with me can u give me a few to quickly get some more from the atm outside?" But he interrupted me and said that instead with a rude sense of irony. After that I said "okay cheers" and left without giving trouble as I didn't appreciate his behaviour. To be Frank here I could see that he was rude as he was looking really grumpy as well. It was the barber on the 15th of December 2022 at 10 30ish am. For the experience that I have had I would give 0 stars if I could
