Seat 1 - prompt service, well looked after inc soft drink, great haircut, eyebrow trim, ear singe, hot face towel and shoulder massage. Only complaint was that the music was very loud and bassy, which makes my symptoms worse (wheelchair user)
As usual the whole haircut and shave experience was great. Michael was friendly as are all the staff. Complimentary coffee was welcome and tasty. I have been using Gio’s Thornbury for a few years and don’t feel that I would go any where else.
Went in, showed them photos of my own hair at a length I like along with photos of other guys with the same cut, proceeded to get completely buzzed all over with a different style. The barber looked really pleased with himself as if he'd done an amazing job, meanwhile I have barely any hair left. Based on the difficulty communicating, I don't know if the staff even speak English. Will not be returning.
Finally I find my right barber shop … they do always very professional haircut and great job .. all staff very friendly shop always clean and hygienic definitely recommending.
Absolutely amazing took my kid in for a haircut, very patient and my kid looked great! Also recommended me a shaving gel and it was worth it 100% recommend

I have used Gio's from the start, back every six weeks or so and never had a bad haircut. I say haircut, it's a full on service, always come out feeling sharp, along with excellent customer care. I was in there yesterday and although there was a wait (Friday evening) everyone was happy to wait. All ages and haircuts on show and the lads making sure you had a drink etc, a great atmosphere. Great job as always guys, keep it up, your fast becoming a Thornbury institution.
