    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. They booked me an appointment but never called as promised. When I followed up, a completely different person who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly rude and demanded payment, saying I “had to do what he tells me.” He showed zero professionalism or basic customer service skills, and spoke in a condescending, disrespectful manner. Avoid this place at all costs!

    I've had a ccj 3 years ago. i asked for their help in setting it aside and had to pay a consultation fee that was something like £90 pounds and be told something generic The guy seemed so confident that it could be done he told me the cost would be £750 to get this put aside and show up for court to defend me I had a payment arrangement with the solicitor as I was a low income earner and managed to pay the full amount. This guy sold me nothing but dreams As we went to court the judge said some stuff that my solicitor was a trainee solicitor however i couldn't understand most of it and my solicitor didn't explain well what happened and why we was in a stand still at the end of the case and said we needed to reapply for setting aside judgement again and he mentioned he would get in contact with me again but no effort was made to reach out to me I lost confidence in this solicitor company and its made me depressed for the whole year thinking about a bounty on my head and a ccj that will follow me till i pay something i should of never paid in the first place as it was a default judgement I even dropped him off after court as a curtesy and out of respect but he left me hanging in the end feeling coned out of my money i felt £750 didn't even make an impact on my situation and it was just an easy pay day for him I would just say get a solicitor that can be professional at all times and that not make promises that are unrealistic until results he made a good salesman but not a solicitor

They got my aplications right on and spot on. 1st a Spouse Visa to come back into the country to Co tinge my marriage and then unfortunately my marriage turned into a domestic abuse and violence situation where I was the victim, then Thomas secured for me an indefinitely leave to remain in the country due to the circumstances.
