Useless is an understatement. Liars, manipulators and incompetent. After days and days of repeatedly asking the same question somehow no one in the firm knows how to answer the outcome of a case they represented. Oscar Obadan especially in this case
I started off goving this firm 5 stars. But having worked with them. They are very unprofessional. File your statements without consulting you forst. They chnaged mine without my permission. They have some great baristers and one nasty abusive barister who talked badly about me to the Judge when i am her client paying them hubdreds of pounds! Dosgraceful i have reported her to the bar of standards. Dont wast your time with this firm
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called to explain my situation to see if they could take on my case, and the man that I spoke to on the phone was very rude. He said that he would get in touch about the outcome and I still did not get a reply - I'm happy they are not taking on my situation because of the way they treat potential clients. They still have my data in their system which is quite uncomfortable.. To sum up, I wouldn't recommend.
If I could give this firm a one star I would. They have completely twisted my words and threatened that my child may be taken away from me. They are the most unprofessional form that I could have gone to. I was the applicant and they seemed to show more interest in the respondent at court. MY ADVICE IS ANYONE LOOKING FOR REPRESENTATION, DO NOT GOUCH THIS FIRM. THEY WILL TRY TO RUIN YOUR LIFE AND MAYBE THIS IS TO GET SIBLINGS TAKEN AWAY AND THEY THEN GAIN MORE WORK.
Unfortunately this firm is specialised in false claim to ruin life of others, especially in family issues. They are the worst and vicious people I ever encountered and taking money to invent allegations of abuse. Making money on disgrace, disgusting. You will be taken on account for it, the law is failing but justice will win.
The Gans&Co are a great team of solicitors. From first day of seeking advice and representation they were very professional in dealing with my case. I highly recommend them.
Worst firm ever!! Do not use Spelling mistakes on legal documents. When I tried to change solicitors they refused to hand over my legal aid certificate! Corrupt!!! Very rude too.
My solicitors are currently trying their best to deal with this firm, however Gans & Co are woefully incompetent and are unreachable most of the time. They regularly incorrectly quote court orders and their emails are at best incoherent.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! Worst service I’ve ever had! Paid them £370 for them to write a letter ! Kept ringing to chase them up and the solicitor was out of the country ! Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful! Finally got through to the Solicior 2 days before the letter was due and missed the deadline! Letter was terrible lots of spelling mistakes and most of it didn’t make sense! Had no money back or even heard from them ! Never known anything like it don’t know how they are open.
