I just purchased a 2.5g bar of Gold online for £158 from a very reputable bullion seller, they would buy it back of me for £132 which makes sense as they need to make a bit of profit. So I passed Ramsdens today and out of interest popped in and asked what their selling rate is (scrap value) and they said £8 for 1g of Gold and 10p for a gram of Silver, so if I were to sell my 2.5g of Gold I'd only basically get £20. Do your maths folks and shop around before selling your goods. Atrocious.

Went here to try and cash a cheque which I had previously done the month before - however this time was possibly one of the most frustrating visits I have ever had. Went in and the young woman behind the desk seemed disinterested, and honestly was just fed up of me being there. I asked her if I could cash this, and she said we need proof of address - fair enough - so I headed to the bank and grabbed it. Went back with document in hand to then be told that I now need proof of signature? - why not just provide me with all the information so that I could actually bring it back with me? These people just don't care - do not go here.
