   I am on palative care but still dispute my husbandgoing with me before and I would send my personal details and be on the phone when he arrived and only me could answer personal question still refused to help so when you get yo end who would or can help you sorry I did highly rate them but now I have a different outlook

   I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. My partner has been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now. Staff have been so rude, not listening and constantly speaking over and have no manors at all. It's not like it's £20, it's a lot of money and the respect they show customers is disgusting. Will never shop here again Worst customer service ever experienced

   Avoid at all costs the shop across the road is much cheaper and the staff are better trained. They damage gold and think swapping a sentamental piece for something eles is good enough WELL ITS NOT
