We are so grateful for her support and her attention to detail was second to none. She had to successfully manage dealing with the multiple parties involved in the transaction and always prioritised our work, kept us in the loop with regular updates and answered any and all questions we had.    Total lack of competence from conveyancing team. Do not understand the basics of how leases and share-of-freeholds work (maybe they only know freehold houses?). Property sale failed when they demanded private personal information on the neighbours (invasion of a third party's privacy).
