Came in one afternoon mid week and was the only client there, the staff were so attentive and did my hands and my feet at the same time, I felt like royalty. Lee was so kind and very gentle with my nails. We chatted about my upcoming holiday to Vietnam (which is where he is from) and he gave me lots of recommendations. They had a wide range of colour choices and did exactly what I asked for. The nails have lasted very well and are perfect for my trip. Thankyou !

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Within just one week, my nails broke, and for the first time ever, even my natural nail cracked. The design also turned out very poorly and looked nothing like the reference photo I provided (the top is what I requested, and the bottom is what I actually got). The technique and overall quality were not professional at all. On top of that, during my appointment, the staff were chatting loudly, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon.

Such a fabulous place! Went on a Thursday afternoon, was seen almost immediately. The worker took so much care on shaping my nails. The biab was not too thick or lumpy, and no issues with heat spikes. Fun Vietnamese music on the TV was very entertaining and made for a great atmosphere! Price was very good, especially given the quality of service :)

Initially my nails weren't prepped properly, the cuticles weren't cut and the ombre job was completely botched. However the man in the shop was really nice and professionally managed to redo them after 3 hours, they look much better now. He also gave me a £5 discount. I appreciate that they took the time to redo them but am a bit upset that the base underneath is bad.

My nails are beautiful and such only £40 for detailed nail art but there are a few small discrepancies in my nails. The customer service was not so good. I walked in and two ladies asked me what me and my sister wanted and we sat down and the main man who I think is the boss said how much they would be but they never mentioned you had to pay with cash so at the end when we needed to pay my sister had to go to a cash machine. Also the whole nail shop was quite messy and seemed a bit dodgy.

They scam people , by offering them gel fill in (suppose to be gel like ,gooey substance, honey like, cured under UV light , more expensive £££) but instead they use acrylic powder with black marker written on it GEL, claiming it to be a gel powder ( not cured under UV light ). I did my nails in USA for years with gel powder fill in and it was always out of a jar, it was sticky, honey like substance and always cured under UV light. I told technician I would like gel fill in ( suppose to be healthier for nails ) he pulled out white powder that said gel on it, I was a bit confused since I know it as acrylic powder used with monomer liquid. I doubled checked with the owner/tech he reassured me that it was gel powder fill not acrylic , I let it go thinking maybe in UK they had a different form of gel fill in. After doing more research online I am now sure of it that it was acrylic powder that they were using to fill in my nails charging me more money and claiming it to be gel powder fill in . I am very disappointed !!! If not because of this scam of out have given them 5 stars because they do nails pretty well and neat I can’t fault them for that .Scamming people into paying more money for service they don’t actually provide is very wrong . I wouldn’t want anyone else to fall for this scam that they are running in their salon .
