   Popped in today and found out that the shop owner is closing due to retirement. Can’t thank the staff today enough for our roses and tea cup plant pots. They were amazing at helping us get what we needed and took the time to help us with ideas for our up coming wedding. A true loss to Haddington’s high street.

   Erica’s made a floral arrangement for a friend’s funeral and I have to say it was beautiful. The colours were just as I requested, pink, purple and thistles and the shaded of the flowers they used in the arrangement were stunning. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you so much.

   Have to say what a wonderful service Erica's has, I ordered flowers for Mother's Day late on the Saturday, my own fault for leaving it so late, expecting them to be delivered on the Monday and they went above and beyond and delivered them for me on Mother's Day. Fantastic. Thank you very much. You made both my mum and me very very happy.

   Wow. Erica's team got me out of a tight spot with a beautiful bunch of flowers. There were sunflowers, lillies, thistles and lots more. Truly looked impressive, and vibrant and fresh. Very quick at putting my order after I walked in off the street just near closing time on a rainy Friday. The flowers were loved by my other half, who was quite mad at me for buying a puppy without telling her. Phew...Erica's is a life saver. Oh...almost forgot to mention, the flowers were also super value for money. As competitively priced as some chains, but Erica's are fresher and put together with love and expertise. But your bunches of flowers here and you will never go wrong.

   Erica's florists was recommended to me years ago by a friend, and I have never used another florist since! Their friendly staff are very willing to help, and always deliver beautifully arranged flowers. Was really surprised to see the one star review beneath, as I have always had a great selection from them at very reasonable prices (as have my friends and co-workers!)... Judging by the kind and professional nature of the staff, I would imagine they'd be more than happy to help resolve the issue, given the opportunity... Have never had any issues with my orders, or the staff, and will continue to use/support this great wee local business!

   So disappointed. I received flowers for today for mother's day there is one rose, three gerbera, three carnations, a small amount of gypsophelia and a small amount of statice. Mostly it's leaves. There is a pink vase and some sort of lilac wicker bowl thing so the flowers to be placed in. I have gone on the Web site to check and they have some lovely pictures but the ones I received are missing more than just a few flowers. I have told my family before not to order as I have been disappointed but today I am actually making a full complaint to the company.
