   I am very disappointed of this place. At first, they using "walk in" system-they taking in every client, so for example one person does acrylics remove and saying "wait 5 minutes the other person will do this..." another person does something else and again asking you to wait 5 minutes... In that case I spent 4 hours inside just for toe nails (wanted pink tip on my big toe with simple flower made from white colour gel- the guy said it is "Too difficult"!!!- later I realised that he just competent enough for this and his goal was to serve as much people as he can without waisting time) without pedicure and new set with tips on my hands. After came more ladies and they were served and finished way before me. Also I asked to do pink tips on my hands and 1 heart on 1 finger nail, it was so easy to do, I had a picture of how I want. The guy did first one and I politely said that it is not what I asking and what picture shows, so you won't believe, but guy who was doing my nails started rolling eyes. I never have been so disrespected, these people are rude, they making you feel like a criminal if you asking to do the way you want, it is me who paying money, so I have a right to ask what I want. Never ever wil go to this place, they don't respect you and if you trying to ask see their job done well they starting talking about you in their language. Shameless people.

   ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! The most lovely welcoming shop, the lady who did my nails was incredible and so were the other 2 people working in the shop, my nails came out perfect exactly how i wanted, the price was so reasonable, i couldn’t recommend more!

   i went in and the start thought it was going well until the side of my pinky fully got sliced open by the lady fileing my nail to hard. it was all fine after that until the design started, don’t get me wrong they are similar to the photos but i just feel as if they were really rushed a tad disappointed really

   Disappointing all round on a number of treatments. The guy that did my mani & pedi was very attentive to detail but the gel nails started chipping in just 5 days. The lady that did my eyebrows left hairs that should have been plucked and the eyelash extensions she put on were really uncomfortable, and hurt when I closed my eyes. They were so uncomfortable that I removed them after a few days.

   The lady doing my acrylics was very fast and did a great job of the nail shape. However the colour I had done looked nothing like what I picked out! Also the lady nicked my skin a couple of times while using the electric sander to shape my nails and it felt like she was going almost too fast and there wasn't a great attention to detail. Despite that still happy with the nails I had done there! :)

   Let me just say I did not get what I asked for. I went in to this establishment because a nail was broken and it was time for refills. I sat down, asked for COFFIN style nails and I received a nail style that did not even exist. The nail was, as far as I could see, shapeless. Also, the powder set was uneven, with bubbles and dents in them. The nails are crooked and not aligned with the nails on the other hand. As someone who has been getting acrylic nails done for more than a few years, I know what looks right and what doesn't, regardless of the length of the nail. The red nails with stones in the picture are what my hands SHOULD HAVE resembled as far as shape, but they were the complete opposite. When I returned to the salon, I was charged AGAIN to take them off (after I realized I woukd be embarrassed to walk around with the pink nails). Why should I be charged to take off something the nail tech had done and I had not liked? I will never understand. However, the nail tech who did take them off was kind enough to shape them afterwards. Thank you for that service only.
