   Such a beautiful place. Not a regular nail gal but the whole experience was lovely and my nails look “chefs kiss”. I have short nails due to work and they somehow made them look so cute. Everyone was super friendly and kind, even when faced with my manual labour hands! The website is slick and easy to book through. Love love love.. small edit I went to the one in Bedminster.

   Absolutely love this place! It’s so friendly, inclusive and just a warm and welcoming place all round. I have my nails done by Grace and I am never disappointed. 10/10 nail art and 10/10 chat. I always recommend this place when people compliment my nails.

   Amazing service, thank you! I’m usually very clumsy and heavy handed so my manicures don’t last very long. I’ve been extremely impressed with getting the gel extensions for the first time and 5 weeks later they are still all in tact! Highly recommend getting their cuticle oil also, this has saved me. Don’t have a fresh pic of nails but this is right now (5 weeks later) needing to get redone but nothing broken or chipped!

   I was very nervous because it was my first time getting my nails done. Initially, I was provided a friendly service. However, the nails themselves did not fit the brief. I did not address this in the shop, as I was in a rush to get to the airport. I instead messaged them when at the airport, as I hoped to get it remedied when I had time. Our exchange is attached to this review. Emily was my nail artist. I was extremely upset by this due to how special and important it was for me at the time (as it was for a birthday and a suspected marriage proposal). The exchange really ruined my day, and I felt awful every time I would look at or see my nails. For that reason, I would not recommend going here without knowing for sure that they can do what you wish for. I ended up going elsewhere, and had them removed and changed. A good thing too, as I got engaged!
