   Fantastic experience today in the salon. I normally go somewhere else, but they never stick to the appointment times and I always find their staff quite rude. The staff couldn’t be anymore polite, asked me more than once if I was happy with the colour. I was offered a drink, and then had a hand massage and hot towel at the end. The gentleman who did my nails, took his time, and was so thorough. I honestly can’t wait to go back!

   Genuinely such an incredible place for nails. Customer service is fantastic, was offered a drink and my nails came out even better than I could’ve ever imagined - by far better anywhere else I have had them. Finished with a lovely hand massage and hot towel. Can’t wait to come back again!

   This nail salon is really lovely. The staff are always lovely and remember who you are. My nails always look great and last ages. I had a pedi today and it was amazing, a lovely scrub, hot stone massage and a foot mask. Great service and highly recommend.

   So I went to get gel nail extensions at American nails and within a week 3 of my nails had broken off so I went back and they offered to fixed them which was fine but I did expect more after paying £50 for my nails. When I went in they corrected the nails and said they checked the other nails and said they would last for 3 weeks then I'd have to get infills. I was fairly happy with this result until they started breaking off at the base the very next day. At this point it had broken and bruised my nails and they were very painful. I decided not to go back as I didn't want to go through the whole ordeal again as my first time there the guy pushed back my cutical with his nail and caused my finger to bleed and the second time the lady caught my cutical with the electric file and cause me to bleed. After gluing them back down multiple times to try to let them heal a bit before taking them off my end of my nail is now hanging off and bruised.
