Been coming to nails deluxe for 6 years & always use the same nail technician ♥️ Never had a bad experience ✨✨✨✨✨
I've been here a few times now and had a different tech each time. Today I went in after not getting my nails done for a month, so they were quite long, (~6/7mm of growth on top of what already were pretty long natural nails). I asked for a fair bit of length of and specified not more than half. The tech, who was quite rude, cut the nails off completely. He did two before he looked at me and asked if its okay. It wasnt okay but I only do gel on natural nails, don't like glued extensions, so I just said it is what it is. On top of that the whole nail job was sloppy and cost me £40. I didn't have a chance to look at them closely before leaving as I was in a rush, otherwise I would have complained there and then. I absolutely hate these nails, overall a bad experience.
Had a few visits here have really liked the outcome of the nails however when they drill they drill the nails temperature is so high it burns. I wish they would just take more care I believe the equipment use is pretty strong.
Very professional acrylic nails, I did not have to wait long even though they were busy. I was very pleased with my nails and they lasted a long time and still looked good. I will return in the future and would recommend this salon
Very kind professional staff. I brought in a design, and they made my nails look amazing. They took their time to make it look as good as possible. I got a matching pedicure. Happy customer, would recommend. Also, it is a very clean salon, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness.
Horrible place! I went there yesterday to do my nails , I asked for square round , half of my nails are short and the other half are longer , and also my nails are not just one shape, half of them are square , half of them are round. Also the glue is all over my skin , And when I asked them to fix the problem, they grabbed my hand very violently , like she didn’t wanna do her job, and I had to pay £35 pounds and my nails are disgusting! I asked my money back and they said come to take off the job we done to have your money back!!! It was 12:50 and 13:00 I had my appointment so I had to go and spend 35£ going unhappy. DO NOT TRUST YOUR NAILS,THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONALS.
Bad experience. Unprofessional, not gentle, not focusing on customer and playing phone while he is doing my nail. Told him the colour looks yellowish from that is on the sample. He told me come back again and choose another colour next time.
Really bad service. Charged for gel polish and my 3 year old daughters nails painted. The lady did a terrible job. Looks really untidy and not neat at all. Would never recommend going here, and I will not ever go back. They speak badly about their customers in their own language, Charged an extra £1 to use my card with no signs. paid over £30 for a terrible service.
I go here whenever I want my nails done! I find it can be a little hit and miss depending on who you get but everyone is good. Had gel infills done and am very pleased with them! The gentleman who did them was great.
