Nails were uneven length started lifing after 2 days had infection under 1 nail. Just been to get them removed from different salon after just 1 week. Only used as normal salon was busy will never use again
Great place, first time coming here as they were open late. Staff were lovely, I was a bit indecisive about what shape I wanted but they were really patient with me. Done my nail and my sisters exactly how we wanted. Will definitely come back
Disgusted I use my own nails well my nails have broken after a week my nails look awlful didn’t build a nail up looks different to the rest. Took 20 mins didn’t ask me if I wanted to cut down or keep length would never go there again
First time using this shop as my usual nail tech was rammed. The staff member was smiley, but didn't ask what shaped nails I wanted and as soon as I left I could see she hadn't done my nails right back to the cuticle..... hence why my nails now look like this after 7 days. Wouldn't use again.
a family member and i went to this salon a week ago to have biab done on our hands and had our feet done also. we paid £60 each for our hands and feet to be done. firstly the colours didn’t match whatsoever, and the so say biab on our nails have peeled off in a week! we paid all of this money for rubbish. they rushed our nails and cut our cuticles multiple times and tried to cover it up. it feels like it’s a very rushed job to get your money and get you out.
After being a loyal customer for over 5 years I am now using another salon. The customer service is disgraceful! They roll they're eyes at you if you tell them somthing you think should already be done with the nails.. eg: file underneath!! Also constantly changing staff (human trafficking maybe) definitely a dodgy shop! The men in there are rude af. Do not use this shop!
I went there for the first time and my nails looked good, yes. But the staff were really ignorant and rude, did not talk one word of english but kept coming over and speaking to one another right on top of my head. They rarely interacted with me and there were times where i had somebody standing right by me watching my nails. I felt uncomfortable there and even though i understand staff need to be comfortable while doing their job, i didnt like them putting their bare foot on the chairs i knew we sit on. Overall, nails were ok, but very unprofessional service that made me feel uncomfortable being there.
i got my nails done here i wanted coffin and i got half is square and half is coffin. they’re all different lengths and they don’t look as good as what i expected the women only gave me an option of 2 shapes
Do not use this place. Don’t usually leave a review but had to. They cut my toe cuticle badly and tried to cover it up. Didn’t realise until I got home as had red nail colour and thought they’d just caught my skin. Nails now in terrible condition with large lumps after badly removed gels. Never getting gels again after my experience here.
