   My elderly parents needed a last minute taxi to a medical appt. I called Procars and my enquiry was handled in the most efficient and polite way. A car and driver was arranged within the hour and my parents arrived in great time. The driver, Gabriela, was so friendly and helpful as a well as a great driver of a lovely luxury car. My parents have said they will always use Pro cars in future and will recommend to everyone they know. Simply the best taxi service in the area. Outstanding and thank you for everything.

   I have used the Pro Cars service for a trip from the airport to home. I am not happy of the service offered: the service was not courteous to say the least (no welcome on pick up, rude answer when I was surprised by 20 minutes extra wait). On top of that, an extra charge was applied at the end of the trip without having specified it at the time of reservation. The driver bluntly asked me to refer to T&C. The T&C are very vague and taxi businesses know that people do not read them, that is why good businesses kindly explain potential extra-charges before the reservation or at the time the delay is communicatyed by the client. The email address that is supposed to be used for feedback does not work. The company did not take any action after my complaint, just quickly replied with text messages, again a sign of lack of customer service
