I have tried and use their services multiple times and everytime I try to use them they let me down. It’s either they tell you your text will be 10-15 mins and don’t end up showing up for 45 mins or they will tell you your driver will be 10-15 call you 20 mins later and tell you they have no drivers
I spoke to these people to arrange a cab to gatwick and return from gatwick. I read there reviews and was abit weary as alot of reviews were similarly bad. I agreed a price initially, and then typically was asked to pay for parking as an extra cost. On booking i was told the price agreed was all inclusive of extra costs. The driver chaudary then walked off leavin me, my 10 month yr old baby, 3 yr old baby at 3am in the morning saying if you dont pay me for parking then im gone. He then had to be called back by office to come back to drop us off. The guy then at the office starts shouting down the phone at me when im telling him why im aggrieved. Totally disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. On are way to gatwick, the driver was 30 minutes late. So all bad reviews are clearly correct, dont give these lot benefit of the doubt. They are cheap, cheatful and unprofessional.
scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers, Customer, scammer be careful!!!! This is Scammer company, you never gonna know how much you will pay, driver late and also bigger price like it was discussed. Better record phone call to have proof of the price, and also ask for contact number to driver, you need wake up a driver if your trip is at early morning. But better is just use other companies, now it’s Taxi company everywhere. Good luck scammers.
I am appalled by their lack of service. I have used them in the past with no issues and so used them in November for an airport taxi. I asked to pay prior to the journey as it was on a company credit card. I paid over the phone. Then on the day of pick up they argued with me regarding payment and made me pay a second time. I did so as i needed to get to the airport. When i then discovered i had been charged twice i contacted them and spoke to Ash. No apology. Just told me to email in and he would resolve it. Emailed again on 14th as no response. Phoned this morning to be told to email! I said no. He then said call at 10am and put the phone down on me. Despicable customer service. I expect my refund immediately. I have spoken again with Ash and emailed as requested asking for confirmation of receipt - that was at 10.40am and they still haven't bothered to respond. Disappointed as i have always recommended them.
Liars. DO NOT USE!!! Rang to find out where our rebooked car was. They said I'd been picked up already! Errr, nope! When questioned they hung up. Awful. Unprofessional. Avoid!
Absolutely appauling. First time ive used them and NEVER again. Toll the call handler i wanted to pay by card, "no problem just let the driver know" they said. When i told the driver i was paying by card he said "no, cash" no no... card. He then got very rude and grumpy, and blamed me for the staffs misscomminucation. I then had to sit in the car with the driver and wait five minutes while every faffed around sorting out a card payment. Wish id walked. No stars unfortunately not an option it seems
I used this company previously and had a very good experience so decided to book them again for Gatwick drop off . A lady quoted me £75 when only 2 weeks prior I paid £60 to come back from Gatwick . So instead my husband booked a Company that he uses and It was £60. I called back questioning the charge saying that firstly I only paid £60 previously and now my husband was quoted £60. She quickly matched the price . My husband didnt feel It was right to cancell his booking so I declined the offer . She called back 5 min later offering to do the trip for £55! I said we would consider but didnt take her up on her offer . 2 weeks after my husband was returning from another trip . I called a couple of days before to book his pick up. Another lady this time said to call back on the day . I Did as advised and called on the morning of his arrival to be told her system was down and to call back later . When I Did call back she said they had No drivers that evening ?!I was furious and asked to speak to her manager . Naturally she said he was not available and when asked for his e-mail address she refused . I guess I was lucky on a couple of previous occasionally to have had a good experience . Needless to say this mini cab Company will not be used by us or any of our friends again .
I have uses this company twice in one month. They are VERY professional. I received 3 text messages for each journey. The first was to establish the journey. The second was that the cab was en route and the last was that the car was outside my house. It was there at the exact time. Good value as well. I was not the passenger, but my son said he had a very rapid journey. Great service all around.
