   Didn't show up to collect us from a wedding 60 miles away, because we didn't answer the phone at 9pm during the wedding. We had confirmed twice on the phone prior, including increasing the size of the car to bring more people back home with us. Luckily we were in a city and could get an Uber, but it was very stressful and upsetting.

   Their website is false advertising, called to book as they state their fleet is Mercedes S class or E Class. When asked to confirm what car it would be was told would be a Mitsubishi outlander. Advised website states Mercedes cars but was simply told no no we don't have Mercedes cars.

   Usually fairly priced, have used them for a while but I'll have to stop now. Booked a pickup for a relative, not only did they not bring a child seat there wasn't room in the car for the child. They took advantage of them as they were tired and overcharged them. Called to complatand heard nothing back to a resolve. Pick somewhere else if you want a company that won't rip you off or even get your requirements right.

   The Lady on the phone was efficient and polite easy to book. The quote was for an airport run, £90 + 5 for the entry to airport. £95 quoted in confirmation text. Then the driver tells me on route he doesn't take card which is frustrating. Got £100 cash out to cover then on arrival driver wanted £106. The drop off is £6 for Gatwick as I checked so I gave £100 being the only cash I had out. But where has the additional come from? Even the £95 plus £6 is £101 so why £106. I don't appreciate drivers trying to hustle extra cash out of me , especially when the conversation causing delay to getting into departures for a very early flight. Shame as everything else was good. Booking and driver was on time. Please give card payment option and drivers clear instruction of the charge for future !

   Ordered a cab in advance, controller rang up and said " we can't pick you up" hung up on me. I rang him back, he told me not to call again. Very rude. I will not use again.

   I have been using Furzdown Cars for the last 15+ years each time I visit from USA and would not use any other service. They are always so polite, helpful and on time every time. They know all the shortcuts to and from the airport and the drivers never make you feel awkward. They are the best in the area and I give the 11/10
