I have phoned the mini cab service to take my Husband to a and e homerton several times in the early hours of the morning the Drivers could do enough to help us in and out of the cab very kind gentlemen. collected us after and brought us safely home again very good service.
We used Sam's Cars to pre-book a transfer from Stoke Newington to Gatwick and had a great experience. The office staff were friendly & extremely helpful with all of our luggage! The driver, Dara, was punctual, safe and very friendly - would highly recommend and would happily use Sam's Cars again!
I have used Sam’s cars three times in the last month to pick me up from different airports very late at night and each time the service has been excellent. The prices are very reasonable, they’re very reliable and the instructions on arrival/communication with the drivers at airports is always fantastic. They always track your flight, so if it’s delayed (and mine were quite a bit) you don’t have to worry. A special shout out to driver Juber who drove me home very safely and carefully during a storm in the middle of the night on Friday. I’ll be using them again for future airport trips and for other needs. Thank you Sam’s cars! I feel very lucky to have such a great local taxi company so close to home!!
Don’t use these jokers, picked up my wife, who arranged a car and stipulated that she was taking stuff to a special needs school. The boot was full, as told to them the night before when booked. A cushion on the back seat also. Paid an extra 11 pounds for the cushion and dropped half a mile from the school with all the stuff. Disgraceful service and behaviour. Don’t use these jokers. We used to use them for travelling to the airport and other occasional use. They’ve just lost a customer. The driver was gormless and rude also.
We called Sam’s car early in the morning to get to the airport, and they sent a car right away. We compared the prices with taxis ordered through apps, and Sam’s Car offered a more reasonable rate. We had a comfortable journey.
Driver crashed into the back of my car and lied to insurance company as he only had third party insurance not trustworthy!!!!!!!! I am also pregnant and driver had no regards for my welfare avoid using this company……….. in replied to your comment. Yes, this is between me and the driver and I called to inform you as it was during working hours. He was working for your company at the time of the accident. So yes my review still stands and I don’t expect any involvement from you. I just wanted to inform you of the type of people you have working for your company who represent you!! I don’t think it’s very professional to have a liar and a conman representing your business.
Terrible. Will never use again. Unreliable. Poor communication. Unhelpful call centre. Rude driver. Pre paid and booked in advance early morning transfer from central London to Heathrow for international flight. Text message from company 2 minutes before car due to arrive - car late. After multiple calls car finally arrives 32 minutes after booked time. Unacceptable. Catching the tube would be leas stressful!
Sams cars are the best! They are polite and courteous from start to finish, I left my keys at my sister and they immediately went to pick them up and drop them to where I was! They didn't overcharge for the series either..Quality!
My sister and I recently used Sams Cars when going on our holiday! What a time to pull a tube strike! They were on time and got us to the airport in more than enough time for us to enjoy duty free! The service was fantastic and the driver was really, really friendly. The car was spotless and was amazingly comfortable. The booking process was smooth and easy when calling and the handler was super friendly. Will definitely be using Sams Cars again, and not just for an airport run.
