Absolutely useless can company. Made a booking online having not thoroughly read the reviews and then minutes after the scheduled collection time called the company. The lady on the phone told me no cab had been booked and that there was none available to be sent out. I asked her to check my booking reference number and she refused.
Useless. Booked online for a car to pick me up the next day and got sent a confirmation email. No car showed up at the arranged time so I called the phone number that was on the confirmation email I was sent. Got told that I’d called the wrong company as they had no record of my booking. I told them I had called the number on my confirmation email so the woman then checked with someone else and said again that no I’d called the wrong company. Ended up getting an Uber, don’t waste your time.
These guys provide an excellent service. They managed to squeeze in a last minute airport collection when our flight was massively delayed, they stayed in touch through the collection process and the driver was friendly and patient. Thanks!
The taxi was late arriving and then could not locate the very well known venue even with the full address already provided. I was forced to walk down a dual carriageway to find the taxi at 1am. If a woman experienced this level of service I'm sure they would feel very unsafe so be aware. Only more than one star because the driver did persist to find me and showed me it was the company's own satellite navigation system which was at fault and I'm sure some drivers may have cancelled

Very reliable cab service. Have used them many times. For the airport and even when our pet dog needed a cab to come home from an operation, the owner himself said he would be willing to bring our pet home from Luton Pet Hospital back to London. Reasonably priced, drivers are polite and get you to destination in swift time and drive carefully. Would definitely recommend using them.
This cab office used to be amazing and reliable but lately it’s total rubbish. I asked them to send a driver to Stansted at 23:30 to pick up my mother, who doesn’t speak English much. I asked them specifically to pick her up at the arrival with a sign and her name on it. We also have them the flight number, which they requested in order to check for delays. The plane ended up being delayed an hour but the cab office did not check for it. They also did not tell the driver to take a sign with her name or to pick her up at the arrivals. Her phone broke during the travel so she wasn’t able to get my calls or texts informing her about the driver. The driver (who was very patient and kind) waited 2 hours before driving off. (While the office kept calling saying that my mum is taking the piss) my mum had to get a taxi from the airport paying £90 and we additionally had to pay £50 for the mini cab that did not pick up my mum. If the office would’ve informed the driver to take the sign, this would’ve all ended well. We used to be regular customers but after the attitude we got from the office we will be switching. Again: this was not the drivers fault, he was very kind and I’m very thankful that he was willing to wait that long.
