   I almost cancelled the survey but was glad I didn't. Aaron came and inspected my old insulation and found a mess up there. He explained what he'd found and showed me photo's of the damage in the loft and gave me options. Was able to get a grant and pay the rest of the cost on credit. He was very sensitive to my financial situation and reassured me as I was quite upset at his findings but happy now I have an affordable solution. Would highly recommend to others.

   The form filing part of the application is poorly laid out. Its not possible to type in your date of birth. It forces you to scroll back one month at a time. So if your born in 1964 you need to click over 700 times to display & select the correct date. Very annoying to say the least. Would be enough to put many a person off applying for credit. Here's hoping this review will make them update the application form.

   I found their interest free finance offer so tempting for my proposed new mattress purchase that I signed up immediately, rather than save up as would be my usual method.    Absolute disgraceful company. My furniture was never received. Over 4 months ago, yet divide buy continue to take monthly payments of £300.00 from my account despite numerous notifications from me, that goods was never received. Have never received a a response from them. As a result I will now have to proceed to small claims court to get my money back. Stay far from this mickey mouse company.

   I bought Mattress from them who are partners with imperial bamboo. Really rubbish company. Their products are very bad quality and they have very bad customer service. I have seen Really bad reviews on them. People are seeking trading standards help as they don't care about what their customers received. They will convince you to buy and then forget who you are. Don't take my word for it. Search imperial bamboo Westfield London and read customer reviews. Please please stay away from them. I lost £1100 as they have no refund no exchange policy. They purposely doing this to make money, They convince you it's best quality and get away selling you bad quality things because of their policy. No one checked what they actually sent me. I even have photos to prove it. But I won't give up until I take them to court.

   Bunch of thieves , they don’t communicate at all with the person who’s only mistake is to listen to the seller The seller told me to stop direct debit , rem-fit and the agent who told me to stop direct debit is agnes, then I was surprised that an email came to my junk mail , I’m blessed that all of the sudden I saw don’t ignore so I opened the email To be shocked that rem fit has directed divide buy to send my case to debt collector, all of that without a letter or telephone call or even an. Email from the seller Absolutely disgusted by their actions, they threaten me with a case on my credit score Honestly my advice just avoid them these thieves Absolute thieves in disguise
